vente maison € argens-minervois en périphérie : i hope to go to carcassonne on the 27th, and back on the 30th, to do some viewings here s some criteria preferably in a canal village (but not exclusively) , e.g. argens, roubia, ventenac, paraza some of the other key criteria / issues that i think are relevant.... airport proximity near to kids amenities - ideally less than 15 mins drive to some routine amentities (swimming, biking options etc etc) and no more than 40 mins from more substantial amenities (waterworld type places, etc) good adult amenities within striking distance (at least one decent local restaurant within walking distance - other eating options within 10 min drive) swimming pool or space / permission to build one roomy - inside and out price - ideally would like to buy for c. 300k - that would mean we d have some money c. 40/50k to include transactions fees, furniture, kit out etc. i think the property has to have something special to merit a higher spend. i presume we can pay less than the asking price (20%????????????????????) given the state of the market ..............
